Our new life as we know it

Wow. Real life is busy! This week Matthew and I started our school schedule with me at school mornings and him working on his paper in afternoons. It was great to get a feel of it before classes start next week. So far so good... and by good I mean we are alive, still married, Matthew's paper is finished and my classroom is set up. It took just about everything we had, but some big projects are behind us anyway.

But let's be honest, most people reading this are really looking for Abby pictures, so here they are. We just packed up her newborn clothes and had fun getting her dressed up in her 0-3month clothes.

no safari trips... just walks around the neighborhood!

These are the first pair of shoes we have gotten to stay on Abby's feet (with the help of socks). I was glad to have the shoes as she spent many hours in the freezing cold school with me in the afternoons.

Abby came to 2 school lunches and all the teachers got to meet her. Two of my co-workers are also expecting girls in December and January. Must be something in the water...
