Carrie's wedding this weekend but since it was HER event i won't put up too many pictures. I WILL say the weekend was so incredibly full of love, beauty, deep emotion, gift giving, certain adventure (who needs ALL the details planned out anyway, where would the fun be in that?), and reality (was that MY kid crying through 1/2 the ceremony?!!!). It was life at it's fullest and best even with Abby crying and Zawadi teething. I'm thankful for getting to be a part of it!

Also, in a crazy coincidence Scott and Jane Ickes were back from South Africa in Durham for about 2 days and happened to be having a baby shower for their child (due in less than 2 months) on Sunday morning. How lucky were we to be able to see some more wonderful friends?!!
