we love matthew's days off! this monday we took a field trip to a nearby park, ignored the signs about feeding birds and gave her the little kid fun, had a picnic and played.
(an "oh-that-was-cold-and-surprising" look after falling in face first)
Then things got interesting! Matthew navigated us to some "real" robots/aliens.
Abby was definitely wary.
Are you sure they're safe?
"yeah... i'm not buying it. quick, take the pic and i'm out!"
Love the robots! Too cute. Glad you are enjoying those times together! Looks like the walk in the creek was a nice way to cool off.
