miles, part 2

Abby was able to keep her good friend Miles around until Wednesday mid-day. This meant plenty of opportunities for adventure (and edventure, our kids museum :)
I love our river, so even though it was overcast we decided to brave it. It was incredibly muddy, high and BROWN. A learning experience for the kids i guess! Thank goodness for the cement path.
Even kids somehow know to contemplate life, death, and the universe when looking at a river. It was the quietest, stillest part of our whole week.

There will be a day, I am sure, when we will wish our kids would be this enthusiastic about running in opposite directions all over the path and woods. Where will we get our workouts otherwise?

The highlight of edventure: the music room. Conducting an orchestra, composing music, trampling over a large keyboard of sorts. fun fun.

  1. That looks like a wonderful path through the woods. Very accessible for people with strollers, wheelchairs, etc.
