Matthias celebrated 1/2 a turn around the sun last week. He now has teeth (2 bottom) which came in at the same time. He discovered bread and will never go back. He jams it into his mouth with conviction. He wakes up only twice from 7pm until 7am.
He is half a foot longer than when he was born and is actually still much ahead of his age group for height. Unbelievably, he is almost 17lbs (maybe more unbelievably, this only puts him in the bottom third for his age group!). Abby was 12 months old when she weighed as much. Crazy kids.
We are happy, well, and going camping this weekend in Moab, UT with the Cornells. Wish us luck!

ReplyDeleteHappy half birthday Matthias! And have fun camping. You're going to reach your "big" cousin Jadon soon...he just weighed in at 19lbs. for his 18/19 month check up...crazy kids is right! Miss you guys a bunch!
